Usman has degrees in Science (psychology), Business (Human Resources and Industrial Relations) as well as Law from a very well recognised Australian University. In addition to these degrees, Usman has also completed a graduate certificate in Migration Law, with a distinction average, from the Australian National University (ANU) which makes him a registered Migration Agent (MARN 1001141).

Usman has worked for over seven years as a Human Resource Manager. This experience, knowledge and understanding of Human Resources issues has been recognised by the Australian Human Resource Institute ("AHRI") who has given Usman the title of "certified professional"; a title which is only achieved by individuals with over five years of specific Human Resources experience.

As a Human Resources manager Usman has conducted hundreds of interviews for positions ranging from reception all the way up to chief financial officers for multimillion dollar businesses. Jey is BeConsultings operations manager and senior health consultant. He provides BeConsulting with strategic direction as well as operational management.

As the senior Health consultant Jey works closely with organisations in respect to their allied health needs (nurses, physiotherapists, podiatrists, psychologists etc). Jey also works closely with individual clients about working as an allied health professional in Australia as well as securing work as an allied health professional in Australia.

Jeys capacity to provide organisations and individuals such advice stems from his business and professional background. For example, in addition to his role at BeConsulting, Jey works as a state manager in one of Australia’s largest aged health care companies. In addition to this, Jey also operates his own business – Midas Physiotherapy, an organisation which provides an unique physiotherapy service to clients.

Jeys professional background as a physiotherapist is just as varied and impressive as his business background. Jey is not only a specialist in aged care physiotherapy he also has held positions as a sports physiotherapist as well as a private practice physiotherapists.

Judy Elsworthy – Training Manager

In 1998, Judy Elsworthy as Judy Burnett was awarded a Telstra AusIndustry Business Woman of the Year Award. In 1999 Judy was awarded the Canberra Business Woman of the Year Award.

With these awards under her belt Judy established Burnett Communications to provide communication skills training to the public and private sectors including; The Dept of Foreign Affairs and Trade, The Dept of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs in China, Malaysia, New Zealand the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and South Africa. Also the Australian National University, the Australian Federal Police, the Australian Institute of Sport, The National Archives of Australia, the Australian National Audit Office, the Australian Gas Association, IBM, Lend Lease The Dept of Defence, The Real Estate Institute of NSW, ASIO and of course Telstra.

Judy spent three years working with women with breast cancer to raise awareness of cancer in the community and to help women and their families rebuild their lives and self esteem after cancer and its treatments. Judy was also successful in lobbying the ACT and Federal governments to build a much needed hospice in the ACT.

Judy was also a successful actor and producer in Sydney, London and Canberra. She also modelled for Maggit T, Maggie Shepherd & Christine White in Canberra for numerous parades and publications. More recntly she has modelled for Smooth Clothing in the Queen Victoria Building Sydney.

On her arrival in Perth in 2001, Judy took on the role of Head of Training at Challenger TAFE for Workplace Training and Assessment and for the W.A. Centre for Leadership and Community Development at Murray House, Applecross. Judy also co-ordinated and ran Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment at Nationwide Transport in Osborne Park. Another first was training years 11 & 12 for the Independent School Association in Professional Image in W.A.

A need to see people comfortable, confident and presenting themselves well particularly in the first few minutes of an encounter is what drives Judy today. Traveling around Australia and beyond training.

Greg is an Industrial Relations specialist with over 24 years of Industrial relations experience. Greg currently works in a senior Industrial relations capacity in a very large institution (> 5000 employees). He also continues to operate his own Workplace Relations consulting business (Effective Workplace), which he established in 2004.

Shazad Pervez – Accounting and taxation consultant

Shazad, a Chartered Accountant, is the Financial Controller for the Australian division of a multinational business. Day to day, Shazad is responsible for a $150 million budget as well as leading a team of qualified accountants and finance professionals.

Shazad’s extensive experience in accounting and taxation allows him to provide comprehensive accounting and finance advice to clients in relation to business visas, investment visas as well as 457 visas.
